Technician was super knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion on what would work best on our carpets. He also states our carpet has been well taken care of even after 4 years and it’s never been professionally cleaned. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, used to have a 14 year old male dog who didn’t know where he was towards the end of his life and would pee on the floor and one of my cats will angry pee when she’s mad. I was mortified what came up on the blue light but he assured me it wasn’t bad and he could get it all out. The spots that I know were the angry pees came up flawlessly and there is no smell which SHOCKED me. We will be requesting him in the future! He also was very nice to try to be as quiet as possible while our newborn was sleeping which was very considerate of him even though she can sleep thru a tornado.
Hi! I’m a big fan of yours and I’ve used this company for years as do my friends. I scheduled a cleaning for a bedroom at Turnberry Place. I noted on the online request unit #501. Scheduled for Monday June 2nd. Braydon was very timely and gave me a heads up call so I could leave work to meet him. Upon arrival he informed me that we needed a portable cleaning unit. I understand that maybe the address wasn’t noted that it is a highrise so I called to reschedule. My original estimate was around $78 because I was going to do 2 rooms. I was using the code you had emailed me MOM30 for a discount. When Braydon said I’d need a portable unit that would be an additional $150. So I assumed total around 225 ish….. Then i received my confirmation email for June 4th cleaning and the estimate was $65.60. The day of I went to print the estimate the estimate was $48.40. Tracy showed up timely and fantastic but then told me it would be over $300. I had the estimate on my iPad that I showed. I was in bit of a pickle seeing that I needed it done and it was the 2nd time I’d taken off work. Needless to say for the 1 room that I did opt for the extra protection (the lower priced option) it seems awfully pricey. The total area was maybe 10 x 12 as there’s a king bed and furniture in the bedroom. There is a line item for the discount but it’s for $15.60. Nothing close to the 30% off it should have been. The estimates and then the actual charges were so far off I feel a little bamboozled. Both technicians were great but hopefully you can understand my frustration. Thanks First name removed

I have used Zerorez 2 times for my tile cleaning. Not as happy with the second cleaning, but they have offered to return to my home and touch up. I appreciate that customer satisfaction.
I was given a quote of $200 over the phone and I was not told it was only an estimate or that there would be a final price that would depend on square footage. When the carpet cleaner arrived, he started walking through my house adding up the cost to $306. I had already moved my furniture around and did not feel like calling another carpet cleaning company. I told the carpet cleaner that I was quoted a different amount of $200 over the phone for my living room, stairs and two bedrooms. He said when you call it’s just an estimate, but I was never told that when I initially called. The following day, I called Zerorez customer service and told them I was upset with the fact that I was quoted a certain amount over the phone and that I was not told it was only an estimate. The customer service agent was not apologetic at all and said that I was told that it was only an estimate. So it was basically her word against mine. I did not experience good customer service at all. I wouldn’t waste my time doing all this to make stuff up. All my experiences with the staff seemed confrontational rather than reassuring which doesn’t reflect on the company very well. So I will not be going with Zerorez in the future and I will not recommend it to people so they can have a negative experience like I did.

I found that by using Zerorez the carpet looks better, is not as wet, so it dries faster. The job gets done much quicker. All around a better job and experience. The technicians are professional, and go right to work. I recommend them highly.
I have used your company for years and have always felt the service was great. However, this time I am not as pleased with the results. Spots appeared the very next day. One rather large area does not appear that clean. Granted, it was dirty, but past results were much better. The carpet is Berber and relatively new. The first time it was cleaned, your technician said it was good carpet and would respond well. But this time, not so much. Thank you.
The tech was absolutely excellent. He worked so much more carefully and harder than any one has in the recent past. Our 30 year old carpet looks, feels and walks like brand new!
