Superb customer service! The only reason why i scored 9 instead of 10 was because of the $99 promotion you had was only for 3 rooms, when my condo. unit is real small. I will give the employee named Gary a score of 10, he is very knowledgeable, respectful, great service & very conscientious about the covid 19 safety measures.

He was very careful with my home and was very respectful of taking care of my walls etc. He did a very good job with my carpets and I am very happy with the final result.
