Very professional, arrived in a timely manner as stated and fantastic work.
Carpets are beautiful and soft. The only problem I have is, the Tech did not wipe up water on my hardwood floors in hallway and kitchen before leaving.
Check equipment, my first visit left dirty water marks.
Greg answered all my questions and did a great job.
I have always used Zerorez and have been pleased with the outcome. But I must report that this time it took over 24 hours for our carpet to dry and some spots even longer. You could not walk on the carpets without getting the bottom of your feet very wet. I don’t know if too much water was used in the cleaning process or if the machine did not extract the water properly. Management gave us a small credit for our troubles.

Victor is the very best employee that you have and deserves a RAISE. He worked tirelessly on a Huge Home and thought he was coming to clean 2 carpeted bedrooms.instead the job was 1690 SF of hardwood & tile floors, plus Area rugs & 2bedrooms of carpet. He was prompt, meticulous and courteous. He worked at record speed& TOTALLY BY HIMSELF. To do this job by himself was not fare. He also helped put all the furnishings back into the house and realized that I could not do it myself. D.Last name removed in Summerlin
Quick and clean
One of the reasons I picked Zerorez was because it'd dry quickly. It took overnight for my carpets to dry with the AC and fans running constantly. Not a lot of stains came out after they cleaned, thought there'd be a better outcome. Also, the price was a lot more than expected. Not sure I would choose Zerorez again.
