I have been using Zerorez for cleaning my rugs or over 20 years....The service has always been wonderful....the service men have been friendly and thorough. Cesar was the most recent tech to come to my home....he was great....
My tech was on time and super nice. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and left the carpets perfectly clean!

I'm all about using natural products. The carpet is a little bit older and with your product and service, the carpet looks almost like a new one. Your employee was professional and knowledgeable about the product and service.

Love the service and zerorez does amazing Job. I have had my carpets, rugs and couches done.
Have all services you are going to do in the quote and not add it on at the day of service. Do not surprise people with additional amounts they are not expecting to pay. I had about $175 added to my quoted price during service date. I was not happy about that.

I really like the way it really cleaned my carpet and the spots are still gone but when the other carpet people cleaned it the spots would already be back
Our house feels so much cleaner now that all the carpets have been cleaned. We also had our large sectional cleaned and that has made a huge difference!
First telephone answer person didn't give pricing info. Had to call back and got base amount.
Cleaner was cooperative about moving the few pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. He refused to move a lightweight chair near a stain in a mostly empty bedroom. He talked back to me. Claimed he reached under chair to clean area. Stain still there.
I told him spots at bedroom doorway I thought were coffee. The spots have turned into STAINS that have spread out and are coffee colored. What do I do now?
Overall I am happy with the cleaning results, except where noted. Carpet and rugs are bright and clean looking. Cleaner should improve his attitude and be more detail oriented.
