Carlos came out to clean our carpets, which came out great, and we had him give us an estimate for porcelain tile and grout cleaning.. the following week he cleaned the tiles and wow! They truly look better than they did when we had them installed. Carlos was so knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend them for any type of floor cleaning.

had my carpets cleaned ,I just want you to know this cleaning was not as good as my previous cleanings ,It looks the same as it did before it was cleaned .

Always have had good luck, with this company this time, I felt it was not the same thorough cleaning I have gotten in the past. , I am sure they did their best considering.

I love how friendly the staff is, how prompt and responsive they are. I love how clean the carpets get and the smell after. I would choose Zerorez over any other carpet cleaning company around I have used them when I lived in Utah and now in Nevada and they are just as great.

We recently had Brandon clean our carpets & did a great job. He is a very kind, caring young man that surely knows his business. He took his time & didn’t burry to leave. well, if something isn't right they should make more if an effort to come back the next day instead of a week later, Since the furniture cannot be put back until the issue is corrected.

Carpets looked great… couch and loveseat dried a bit streaked. Was able to wipe it down all is good now.
