Fair price and very good service.
The extra costs. Was unaware of any added cost or potential added costs. I was quoted 144 and ended up at 384. Absolutely ridiculous! If I would have known the hidden costs, I would have gone to another company. I paid the 384 because we had no choice! Family was coming into town that day! The guy didn’t even clean all the areas like he was supposed to. Said he was rushing because of another appointment. Hopefully you can rectify

My tile floors and carpet look brand new thanks to Zero Rez. The technician was friendly and polite and did an excellent job explaining what would be done and what the cost would be. The price was fair especially considering how excellent the results were. I will definitely use Zero Rez again.

Zak and his partner did an exceptional job. I’m so happy he asked about doing our tile because it looks amazing. We also asked them to clean the fabric on our barstools and they now look brand new again. I will definitely recommend Zeroez to friends & family.

Well very thorough. The only issue is the addition $250 for the level one add on.
Ugh…I only had 2 rooms done and extra spray for dog urine in one room.
Hopefully it will work. Otherwise I will be calling in a week.
