My carpets were so dirty, i needed a miracle. I called Zerorez. Everthing came out great. Ray was phenomenal. He had my carpets CLEAN. I’m very happy.

I thought my tech showed up early, but he was actually scheduled to clean my neighbor’s (in Boulder City). He picked up the phone and arranged to switch with my scheduled tech, and got me done sooner than expected.
How clean and fresh everything is afterwards.

Casey was on time and very thorough on talking to me about options.
I called Zerorez to clean the carpet in my stairwell and bedrooms just before putting my house on the market for sale. There were some bad stains accumulated over the years from kids spilling drinks etc. I figured they would be able to get it looking cleaner but not get all the stains that had set for 10 years out… Everything looks like brand new I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was pleasantly shocked!!

Clarify pricing! Protestant $35 per room. Not just $35. After work was done I was surprised to what the final cost was.

You guys do an amazing job. The staff that comes out here is great and takes time to explain everything they are doing as well as answer any questions I have.
Everything was great, Michael did his job exceptionally. My only input is; had I not been in this industry, meaning I run several apartment complexes and therefor know pet damage when I see it, Michael would have been able to unnecessarily up-sell me. I would be careful about doing that as it can be a major turn off for repeat business.

I liked the entire process used by Zerorez. Carlos, the cleaner arrived as promised and completed his work in a timely fashion. He offered advice on carpet care and took care to not damage anything within my house. The carpet was entirely dry within 90 minutes and I am satisfied with the results. I would recommend using Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

We have a very old white couch. The young man did a wonderful job on it. He really worked on getting out a few marks on it. He was very polite and listened to everything we needed.
