Carpet was extremely wet when the tech left. So much that our feet were so wet we had to be cautious walking on the floor when exiting the room. We were told it would dry in 6 hours but it took more like 24.

My bedroom carpet didn't come out as nice as I was hoping. It looks matted.
My husband and I saw the promo for Zerorez on tv and they did not disappoint. Cory gave us a call ahead of time to confirm our availability and let us know the timeframe in which he would arrive. He was very genuinely friendly, gave us some options to add if we wanted to and answered all our questions. We will definitely be calling on Zerorez again for future services.

Of the three services performed for me by Zeroxrez, (carpet, tile and grout, and air vents) all have been done with care and in a professional manner. Techs always cleaned up behind themselves after they were done. They get an A+ from me.

Will was fantastic! Went above and beyond and worked his a#% off getting the carpets to look like new. Took pride in his work and I am very happy with him and Zerorez. I am a past client as well.
After paying extra for a heavy traffic area, some how there was a RED stain. Yes I know that I could of been there, yet not to my memory. But what makes me the most upset, was that the Tec said nothing. Took his tip and left ,WOW. I know red is the hardest color to get out and now I have it in the middle of my room, lucky me.
