Clean the carpets better and not clean around the furniture but move the furniture.
The employees were great! They came in, and went right to work they were able to clean everything. My carpets and floor tile looks like new your products work great and the employees are terrific!

We discussed cleaning all the brown carpeted areas and he completely skipped a room. Didn't even ask before he left to verify that was correct. I could understand if maybe the room had a transition piece or something completely separating it from the hallway or the other rooms. However, that carpet is connected to all the other areas he cleaned.
I should have went up and verified. However, I just assumed. I mentioned it to him later that day when I noticed and he said we didn't discuss that room. Then left it at that.
Last time, I had you guys out. Not the guy this time...they asked for cash on the side to do the upholstery. cleaning we needed done.
This is the second time we have had a not so good experience. I wouldn't have agreed to pay as much as I did yesterday if I knew it didn't include my son's room. When we made the appointment we agreed to a price for three rooms and an extra "hallway." He did two rooms, a single spot remover, a hallway, and the stairs. I thought our three rooms for $99 plus a hallway was the price quoted over the phone. I told her we had stairs as one of the rooms. I guess not. I am not a fan of quoting a price and changing it when you get here.

Great job and very professional.
At first I overlooked the dark lines left thinking they would dry evenly but they didn't. While my carpet needed cleaning, I walk on it in stocking feet leaving shoes at the door so it wasn't that dirty. Yet, the man should have gone over it twice since there were dark streaks. I asked him to go over the entry again and it turned out very nice. So the room should have been gone over 2 times. I think the streaks were the distance between swipes done once with the wand.

You have been to my house 3 times and all of your people have been great.
Carpets look good. They marked up most of my white baseboards and entry door jam with their equipment. Most I will be able to paint over but a few baseboards have chunks taken out. They worked really fast so and obviously valued quantity (speed) over quality.

Make it affortable. Elderly persons on a fixed income of social security would benefit greatly for this service. As we age we can no longer keep our home as clean as we use to. If affordable on the limited money it would be great to get things cleaned.
Zerorez did a great job on my carpet the young man was very nice, and he was finish before I knew it. I will be calling zerorez to clean my carpets again it was a great price.

They couldnt do the refinishing on my wood flooring, as they no longer do that service, but
they cleaned my grout, and did a great job.
Even though the 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning was free and our tile was not that dirty at all we compared it to the company that cleaned it last time and it came cleaner with them and the tile was dirtier when they cleaned. The carpet cleaning came out the same as with the company that cleaned it last time.
