I went to the office to drop off a chair with blood on it and Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
This is my third experience with Zerorez and I am very happy with the services. It is the first time I had a chair cleaned and it looks great. Isaiah stepped in for Steve and that shows a commitment by the company. The job was done quickly and with detailed explanation. I will be using Zerorez, again.

We are happy with the service and I feel it has helped curb my allergies. Since it's the first time we've used your service, we didn't feel we could give it the top number. I can say that our tech, Will was very good and a pleasant person. I've vacuumed twice and there is much less dust and debris in the canister. We will definitely consider your company next time we have the carpet cleaned.
