The service people sent to the house were very professional, courteous, and efficient.
They took care not to get other parts of the house (hard wood, etc) dirty and were open and honest with the pricing before beginning the work.

I was extremely pleased with the results from my tile/grout cleaning. It was easy to set up the appointment, the service person was prompt & did a great job for us. We have a lot of tile, so it was pricey, but I highly recommend Zerorez.

Paid for stairs and hallway to get clean the guy that cleaned it was in and out of here within five minutes stairs and carpet barely even felt wet. Was supposed to have pet treatment. stairs are still dirty you can still smell the older I was hoping it would be a little better at least but it’s even worse I will not use this company again very unsatisfied.
The service I received from Steve was amazing. The products that were used on my carpets were so very good as I have 2 little dogs and there were several pee pee spots. My carpets are 15+ years old and looked new.

Missed both closets in the spare rooms and the hallway closet that has the linens in it. Not a lot of attention to detail I noticed around the edges of my bed dresser and were the door opens and closes.
We were very satisfied with the service. The couple who cleaned the carpet were professional and efficient.

Shane was amazing!!! He cleaned my hall and stairs so well, I'd eat my dinner off them. He was super nice and polite, and never once cussed. I can't believe how amazing he was.

I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals (I have asthma and it’s easily aggravated by strong cleaning products) and that it was a quick process!
