Everything was great, Michael did his job exceptionally. My only input is; had I not been in this industry, meaning I run several apartment complexes and therefor know pet damage when I see it, Michael would have been able to unnecessarily up-sell me. I would be careful about doing that as it can be a major turn off for repeat business.
Efficient and courteous.
I liked the entire process used by Zerorez. Carlos, the cleaner arrived as promised and completed his work in a timely fashion. He offered advice on carpet care and took care to not damage anything within my house. The carpet was entirely dry within 90 minutes and I am satisfied with the results. I would recommend using Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

I am a day late on sending this and do apologize. I just bought the house and am extremely busy. Zack was very professional and did not waste any time on the job site. He made the carpets look almost brand new, I was very impressed. Thank you Zack! I will definitely use your service again.

There are these little spots on the carpet that didn’t come up ,I am going to use a spot cleaner and steam clean myself ... also the couch could be better for sure . The next day I had to take a cloth and go back and forth to get clean , just thought it would be perfect . I used the special on the carpet , but the couch, couch allot of money , not worth never again I’ll do it myself, over 300.00 for 10 minutes of work , that I had to go over .

Rey was amazing! I really appreciated the call about 15 minutes before arrival. I had just moved in to another home, so I wasn't at the house that needed servicing, so the call-ahead was perfect so I could be there on time. Rey patiently waited for me to get there, did a walk-through, and gave me a rundown on how the service worked. His time estimate was spot-on so I knew when to come back and he answered all my questions. When I came back around to make sure things were going well, he was happy to let me take a peek at the carpet he had already done. It looked great! It wasn't soaking wet (he filled me in on Zerorez's process that they didn't do old-style carpet wetting and shampooing) and he promised it would look great the next day, once it had dried and "fluffed" up. The service was painless and easy to schedule, pricing was great, and Rey was an excellent technician! Moving is never easy, but the convenience of Zerorez's service made it better!

There was some misunderstanding about how many stairs needed to be cleaned on the original cleaning visit. I contacted Zerorez and arranged a follow-up visit and they cleaned the remaining stairs. We have been and continue to be very satisfied with the great customer service and carpet cleaning results of Zerorez!
I had my carpets cleaned on the07/30/20 by Landon and Will. It was my first time using this company, my brother is a relator he recommended them to my boyfriend and I. We’ve had a few other companies come to the house and was unhappy with their service and carpet was left gross and crunchy, hated it! When Will and Landon came they told us exactly everything and how to take care of the carpet. Will made sure before he left that I was happy with the results. Through the day the carpet looked nice and today is day 2 carpet looks amazing after it's dried. My stairs needed it the most because of moving in and the traffic going up and down with shoes. It looks brand new, plus the previous owners we bought the house from put in new carpet and its really nice soft padded carpet, I wanted to make sure it stays that way. I will be a repeated customer. Can’t wait to get my tile done downstairs to be cleaned will call to schedule when ready! Thank you so much! Hope to get the same gentlemen that came very nice!
