The techs that came to the house were so friendly and professional. The floors look great (got the tile floors cleaned). For the first time in years, my socks aren't black on the bottom!

I was pricier than I had anticipated.
Both technicians (Carlos and Damien(?) were professional, polite, respectful and cleaned up behind themselves. There is a reason I continue to use Zerorez.
The team arrived 30 minutes late and were only on-site for approx. 40 minutes. My carpets smell worse than they did before, even with the added treatment that was recommended. I was quoted $152 on the phone for 4 rooms, but the team priced 3 rooms with treatment at $185.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets twice and we have been very pleased both times. The technicians take the time to explain the process and what needs to be done to remove stains. The best thing may be that the carpets seem to dry much quicker than other services we have used which is something we really like.

John L. always does an excellent job cleaning carpets and tile and is very careful not to let the hoses rub up against the walls or furniture. Excellent worker and gets the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
