Big fan of zerorez been using them for years. My tech Dontay was absolutely amazing he did a wonderful job brought my carpet back to life took his time I felt very comfortable with him I will be using him in the future.
The man was very knowledgeable and wanted to see what he was doing.
Only one problem I did not receive my receipt.
I had just bought a house and moved in and had Zerores come to clean the air vents and carpet. The carpet was 3 shades lighter brown and there was at least 21 years of dust and dirt in the air vents. I will be keeping up with vent and rug cleaning with Zerorez and highly recommend them to my friends.
Was efficient, very clean professional answered all qestion. I love how my floors turned out.

They do a good job. DON'T LIKE .............if your rugs are extra dirty, it cost more to use a different machine.

Tech was very professional. He walked my house with me explaining different options that were available and some that I might consider. He was very friendly and had an upbeat attitude. He did a great job and was very efficient. He thanked me for using Zerorez when leaving. He cleaned up and one could not even tell he had been parked in front of my house.
