Isaiah arrived on time, explained the process to us. I asked if we could add a hallway and one additional room - no worries, he added them and dove right in.
We think our carpet is the original from when our condo was built, as it seems to be of exceptional quality. It remained damp for about 8 hours, but once it was dry, and we were able to walk on it with our bare feet, we could feel the incredible softness and plush fiber of the carpet. Isaiah did an excellent job! We will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Never thought my carpet and tile could look so clean. Your technician was awesome. Pleasant and professional, he did a great job.
Pet urine is almost impossible to remove I now know. I paid extra for the treatment. It would be wise to tell home owner that one can remove the smell but not the stain. I have had carpet cleaners 4 times for same spots and the urine is neutralized. Under the inspection of that ultra violet flash light the urine shows up with little difference.

It was easy and fast.
The cleaning was fine, but we were quoted 260 to do the upstairs. The first tech (Steve, who's awesome) wanted to come two hours early -- but we already had workers in the house. We got someone else later, who didn't wear a mask, and quoted us almost double what we'd been quoted on the phone. Then he said he could do something by hand with a spot bot type thing. We've used you guys before, and the quote was close to spot on. This time, I got less than half done what needed to be done for the quote. Disappointed in the difference. The rep who was over seemed a little confused and kept offering to do services we told him we couldn't afford that day. It was very confusing altogether.
