My 17 year old never ever had a professional cleaned carpet almost looks brand new. The two techs were very nice and professional. I explained that I'm going to be change my flooring in a few months and just wanted this nasty carpet to be a little better and wow was I shocked after they cleaned them. They gave me a expectation that it wont be perfect but be a lot better all the heavy traffic areas were almost black and are now back to the original white and cream color just amazing. Thanks so much

Carpets looked new again and dried very quickly considering the poor weather. I appreciate that the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent communication for scheduling, arrival, and departure.
This is not my first time using Zerorez. The crew that worked on my home was very professional and I had prepared my home so they would be able to come in and just clean. The crew was thankful and very quick to get the job done. I will call in 8 months to a year for another cleaning.
Up front with prices and no hidden costs. The tech was on time and very professional. He did a great job at getting some tough stains out. I would use their service again.

Iseah was very professional and did an excellant job cleaning our carpets. He was thorough and did his job without complaining. We would definetly have Iseah clean our carpets again.
I was charged over $400.00 for a chemical t0 remove dog urine spots after a day they came back. I called ane they will be out again on Wednesday.
No chemical orders and the carpets dry quickly. Your agents listen and are very polite and courteous.

John was the technician and he was professional, polite, and honestly cared that we were satisfied with his work. He did such a wonderful job on our carpets that we had him clean and seal some of our tile areas. Our house sparkles. Thank you for employing such a fine technician.
