Several spots that did not come out. Tech that came out today wasn't very helpful.
We would like to let you know how much we appreciate the fine job that Major did for us. I have always been very happy with the technicians you have sent to our home but Major rose to the top of our list.

Technician (Major) was great. Friendly, prompt, professional. I did not get a quote before the tech can to my house. Quoted cost of service onsite. $250 for 2 area rugs and 1 couch. Would not have used zerorez if I got that quote in advance. I felt put on the spot with the tech standing in my house ready to do the work. What a waste of his time if I would have said no to the quote. Will not be using zerorez again nor referring them to anyone else due to the cost and no advance quote. I only gave you a 3 because of your technician. Good guy.
your Technician Tracey did a pretty good job. He had an attitude problem and at
times I found him patronizing.
He left a dark streak in the entrance to my bedroom and said he was unable to
do anything about it.
I called the office and they sent a very good technician who removed the streak.
He was very polite and efficient.

There are areas that were several not cleaned According to technician it’s due to wand head not reaching the sides. In front of refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, master bedroom bath tub and vanity .

My rugs and sectional are so clean after Zerorez visits. John L. did a fabulous job cleaning all carpeted areas, area rugs and the sectional (love seat, sofa and chase combination) and was very professional. Zerorez Thank You for having such a wonderful product that is safe for my family and pups. Much appreciated!!

Love everything except the throw rug prices.
I LIKE there there work and had patience with me. The rugs dried pretty fast. I will recommend Zerorex.
