The men did a very nice job. However, they did not move any furniture or replace it.
Well, the guys came here to clean my 3 rooms and a free hallway. I can't believe how fantastic my rugs are. They sprayed a wonderful smelling stuff all over the rug before they started and it was wonderful. I don't have to worry about a dog pee smell. The awful stains on the rug are gone and it didn't take that long to dry. I am so happy. THANK YOU.đź’“đź’“đź’“

Every person I dealt with was great. The wait of 19 weeks for my sofa/loveseat -- not so much!
The service is easy to schedule and they phone quotes are accurate. No up charges when they come to your home. The service staff are very professional.
serviceman very nice. advised my husband and me of some carpet and upholstery data we weren’t aware of. careful of the wall corners so as not to scrape them. pleased with way the carpets look, took out a couple very noticeable stains. overall, quite pleased.
I love Zerorez. The process works, and the specialists always do a great job. It was Jarod who provided our service this time and he was excellent. He was professional and personable. He worked efficiently and did such a great job cleaning all the carpets, even my office, which is a pale carpet that was quite dirty. I always recommend Zerorez. I hope you have an office in Grand Junction where I will be moving next month.
Service was very expensive. So I expected top-of-the-line work. I asked multiple times for them to make sure to clean around the toilets and at the end of the day, it still wasn't cleaned.
Didn't get the deep dirt/dust out good enough.
I have used Zerorez many times now and was very happy with the results. If this had been my first experience with your company and would have never called to use you again. I was not happy with the technician and his answers as to why the stained areas did not come clean like they had prior times.
Also it took a good days for the carpet to dry as it was so wet.
I questioned the technician about the cushions before he left. I was told that when they dried completely everything would be fine. My couch doesn’t look like it was professionally cleaned. What’s puzzling to me is there were a few wrinkles on the “skirt” of the couch. The wrinkles remain. I would have thought ..... after the cleaning they would have smoothed out.
Carpets & rugs stay cleaner longer
I have been using a well known professional carpet cleaning company for years. After listening to the Zerorez commercial I decided to try them out. My carpets are cleaner than ever. Zerorez removed stains that have been there through many cleanings. Don't hesitate like I did. Very professional too.
Left dirty water spots in the carpet where he stopped . Didn't show until after it dried.. .did not clean the edges of the stairs. Left too much water I'm the floors.
Staff always friendly and professional. Carpets feel and look great.

I usually do not recommend things to anyone. It is just not what I do. However, Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend in this community and I am glad she did. Overall I was pleased with the service and the technician was nice. He wiped up water left on hard floors. Several years ago I used Zerorez at another address and the technician did not do that, which is dangerous. When I called your office to state I had nearly slipped on hard floor where was from carpet was, I was treated in an indifferent manner. My suggestion for improving is that all technicians be aware that overlapping water on hard floors needs to be wiped up.
We are first time zerorez users and I was pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly service. At first I was a little skeptical being that there was only one employee that arrived but he, Ricardo, was communicative and hard working. The carpet came out looking great and honestly, the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Thanks and keep up the great work!!
The young man that was our technician, was very professional and very friendly and did a thorough job he gave good advice for pet stains and thank you for being reasonably priced I will continue to always use you, it’s nice to know that there’s a company that brings their own water because my development doesn’t allow commercial use of the water on the property so thank you so much.

It was done fast. He only used less than one and half hour to clean few rooms but Job quality was not so good.
Our carpet is made of Triexta. Service tech recommended a spray on protector. I was not convinced. The product contained an acid-dye blocker. IMHO not required for Triexta. An all-in-one product is not the answer. Had he offered a repellent I might have had it applied. Still unsure what your product is made of...Stochguard or Teflon?
He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet! A ten!
