My rugs always look like brand new. The technicians always take special care when doing our carpets. When we have the resistant treatment applied to our carpet, our carpet stays cleaner longer and cleans better because if it.

Our technician was professional and did an excellent job with our carpets. We have used Zerorez at least 6 times in the past and have not been disappointed. Carpets come out clean and dry quickly, no soggy carpets! There is no chemical smell after cleaning, carpets are soft and just clean. From a thankful Las Vegas, NV customer.
They all have pros and cons. Zerorez is more expensive, but bring their own soft water and their procedure dries faster. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very nice and did a great job.

I thought the service was great, and the staff was very nice. I wish they had a way of reducing plaster and stuff from getting to the floor after they open the vents. Spent the day vacuuming after they left.

A thorough inspection of our carpet determined we needed deep cleaning only in some areas and the crew was very professional and personable.
Carpet was clean. Tech showed up on time and was efficient. I will use Zerorez again.
I was over charged based on the estimate. It wasn’t made clear that the area rug was not included in the estimate. I was under the impression from the explanation that yes they charge by square footage but also soil level hence an estimate but may be slightly more because of soil level. I was charged over $50 on the high end and $80 on the low end based on my “estimate.” I don’t mind that I over paid, but 100s of estimates are given daily from Zerorez $10-$20 above the estimate is acceptable, not $50-$80.
