i know my carpets are getting truly clean when I use Zerorez.. Ricky was an awesome tech who was very careful to clean up wet spots on the tile next to the carpet. That usually isn't done. He was great!

The tech advised coffee stain probably would not come out and it didn’t. However the other areas, like traffic areas, didn’t get clean either. Very disappointed as the first time I used your Company the results were great. I would like a Supervisor to come out and take a look & perhaps redo.
Carlos and ricky were awesome. Super professional and thorough . Carlos was great in that he was flexible in the add ons and changes in areas to clean . Finished job was stupendous ! Couldn’t be happier , family was also really excited to see the freshly cleaned areas and couch . I will be using y’all again, and requesting Carlos or ricky or both if possible !!

The guy who came and did my Carpet was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. The people who made my appointment were so uninterested in my business that getting info from them was like pulling teeth. I have never gotten my carpets professionally done before and had questions about how the process worked and the add ons. Needless to say I did not get any add ons because I wasn’t aware or prepared of the process, how long it could take or the price of anything until my carpet cleaning pro got there.
Service was on time, professional and done in a timely manner. We really liked Carlos and appreciate his hard work.
