I have always had great service, from calling and making an appointment to the people doing the carpet cleaning. Everyone seems very interested in helping me create a healthier home. I am sensitive to smells and chemicals and I never have an issue. I have older cats, so my carpets have the challenges associated with those body fluids ending up on the carpet. We have started getting the protection coat, which smells like oranges and lemon….bee’s apparently like the smell as three of them came to visit while the door was open. I love that the steam process feels cleaner and the carpet feels much cleaner and softer, once its completely dry. Victor and his coworker were wonderful. He/they and my husband apparently enjoyed a full conversation and the process was fast and through.

24 hours later the rooms still smell like gym socks. The rooms smelled good before the appointment, but everything was damp and stinky afterwards.

Steve was great! The one complaint is that the process left water/soap spots which showed up once the floor dried which meant I had to go over with a mop or with a rag to clean.

First of all, Zerorez was recommended by two people( one very finicky and the other one with a big fully carpeted house) So I was very optimistic and was not disappointed. From the office staff to the serviceman, everything was perfect. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and pleasant. Ethan, the serviceman did an excellent job on carpets that had not been cleaned in two years(pre-pandemic). I didn't know what to expect. The carpet looked like new!! Ethan also answered questions about carpet care and was very well-mannered. Thank you.

I have always loved what Zerorez does for my carpets.
But this time, apparently too much chemical was used and one of my dogs had an allergic reaction. It is getting better now with Benedril. One of the area rugs did not come out as clean as it should have . So next time I want just steam except for the VERY obvious darkenings on the carpets. Yes!! I do recommed them to anyone. I will be using them again more often.
