I was never told to vacuum before my carpet cleaning as this logically makes no sense to me. After my Carpets dried, I noticed debris along the edge of all the walls in the rooms where the cleaning took place. I then did a general vacuuming with my home vacuum and filled up my tank several times with dust and debris. When I told the rep via text of my issues, he or she was not helpful and said that the 100% satisfaction guarantee didn't apply to dirt and debris which seemed misleading that my satisfaction only matters for certain things.
While the tech that was in my home was friendly and quick, he also did not ask or mention the vacuuming.

Not necessarily disappointed but really did not turn out the way I had hoped. I was under the impression that this process was quick to dry and chemical free and left little to no moisture in the carpet. Some parts or the carpet were matted down and pretty wet. The stairs took forever to dry even with the fan on them for over 24 hours. It just seemed as though the vac did not completely suck out all of the moisture.
The service tech was very nice, polite and informative.
