My carpets where wonderful worked very hard and we’re friendly and the price was right, much better then the last time you cleaned my carpets and charged me 600 dollars.

I feel like when I have used you in the past the results where better. I’m not sure if your carpet solution changed but there is not much difference in my carpets from before and after the cleaning.

Some spots were very hard to remove bc you don't use harsh chemicals. That's not a problem, I just wish you could do a free follow up a day or two later to attack them again or get the spots that got missed because they were not visualized on the wet carpet. However our technician, was amazing. He really went above and beyond with scrubbing and re working high traffic areas and even did the thresholds of the bedroom closets. WOW. The carpets don't look any cleaner.
Derek was very friendly and awesome at cleaning our carpets! He took his time and was very thorough. This was the second time we used Zerorez (first time was back in March 2021). And Derek did a much better job, the first guy cleaned all the rooms and tiles in like 30 mins, found out that guy doesn’t work there anymore and thank goodness too because no one likes spending $150 on a rushed job. But if everyone else is like Derek Fierro then we’ll definitely be recommending this service to everyone. Very happy with the product, service, and results.
