No harsh chemicals
Carlos was very personable and efficient. He did a great job. There must be a company policy to always hire respectful personable employees. Because they always are. We always use Zerorez because my husband has a pulmonary illness and your product does not irritate his lungs.

We had Zerorez clean our carpets a few months ago and they did a very nice job. Therefore, we also had them give us a quote for grout and tile cleaning, which they just finished this week. Carlos did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.
Great service and great price
They do a great job on the carpets and they were done in about an hour. The dirt marks are gone and my carport looks brand new again.
We like the product you use to clean...no spots ever return. We also like the fact your techs take very good care to protect our walls & corners. Still good service after at least 13 years with Zerorez.

On-time arrival, fast and efficient service, cost less than competitive companies. Carpet cleaning changes (area rugs instead of a room) accepted upon arrival. Best appearance of carpet after 3 days than any competitors.

Just to make someone aware...After my service guy sprayed the cleaner on the carpet ( and apparently over-sprayed onto my adjoining tile, he asked me to show him a spot on the carpet. As I walked over I slipped on the overspray of the solution and took a hard fall on the tile.
So that something like this doesn't happen again, it might be worth having a discussion with your technicians.
