Great Service from scheduling to the actual carpet cleaning. The service technician was great, walked me through the whole process, and was very efficient and getting the carpet cleaned.

The carpets always look lovely when your company comes to clean them. This time I had them clean the tile too and the tile turned out nicely, but they didn’t clean close enough to the base boards in several places and in corners which left quite an unfinished and dirty look left over. It was a bit disappointing.

I am not happy the way my tiles came out. I ask several times the guy who cleaned it if he was going to seal the grout and he keeps on insisting that he will apply wax so the dirt will not make marks and would be easier to clean but it didn’t happen. Plus my tiles looks gross cuz of scratches he made moving furniture.
I have always been very pleased with the service and care provided by Zerorez. The service technician was informed, pleasant and very helpful during my recent visit. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing excellent service and beautiful results.

I like the idea that Zerorez does not use artificial cleaning products. Our carpets get very clean and they dry quickly. The cleaner was professional and efficient.
There are still so many spots that did not come out.
Whatever chemicals are used do not work. I would have liked to been told about potential spots that could not be removed. Was not impressed with the science behind their cleaning products.
Be honest when the customer calls and tell them everything about all the upsell and markups when they get to the customers home,never told me 35 $ a room was for only 200 sqare foot room either
