Our carpet is still wet 30 hrs after the job when they were to be dry in 4-6 hours. We have Ray our ceiling fans on high since the kid was done.!
All three bedrooms have a king and two queens in them so subtract the footage from the rooms. I paid an extra 80.00 for a rug to be done and scotch guard applied. The s was sold as a huge discount ???? But nothing given for only doing pathways due to beds ?
I agreed to this but not seeing the benefit. We will see in a few days how they turn out.

ZACH DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB! EVERYTHING LOOKS CLEAN AND NEW!
HOWEVER, I DID REQUEST WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT THAT I WANTED CLEAN CORNER GUARDS. THEY WERE NOT CLEAN AND I HAD TO WASH THE DOORWAYS WHERE THE CORNER GUARDS WERE USED.
I DO LOVE ZEROREZ AND WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

I was very disappointed in the carpet cleaning done on the 28th of March. I have used Zerorez for many years and up until last year they were top notch and I recommended them to many people. But last year I found them to be substandard but though I would give them another chance. Now they hurry through as fast as possible and the carpet does not look much different than before they started. I have a small home and then I asked him if he could clean the little rug I have in front of my front door but he said that would cost extra. I remember the men that I have had clean before and I did not even have to ask as they volunteered to do that. My two bedrooms are quite clean so I can understand it would not take long but I was watching and could not believe his haste. It takes me longer to vacuum than what it took him. I will not use this company again. It is too bad too because so many people I have recommended you to will see the job that was done. I am sorry to say this.

The tile cleaning in addition to the carpet cleaning the tech didn't want to do. I thought Zerorez
did grout cleaning so I may have misunderstood but he just did title scrubbing not grout cleaning.
The bedroom carpet traffic areas didn't seem to get as clean as other carpet cleaners do. While the carpets were wet I took a dry white towel and rubbed the traffic area and my towel showed dirty area. If it would have been clean I would only have a wet white towel but I had a dirty white towel. I HAVE NEVER USED ZEROREZ before so my expectations were higher than I felt I received. The Teck had water on my clean white tile and he said he would wipe it up but noticed when he left he left my clean white tile was all smeared up so his rag must not have been clean or it would have dried without smears everywhere. I told him I have had a few carpet cleaners & they got the carpets cleaner than he did. I used Zerorez as I had heard and read your ads as voted the best in Las Vegas but I would disagree.
It was quick and effective. Our guy , Derek, was informative. It was a good experience.
