Zerorez gets it as clean as possible. I had carpet that was damaged by pet activity and they got nearly all of it out. The odor is all but gone (from a cat, of course).
The technician did a complete evaluation of my carpet and gave me all the options for the best possible outcome. He worked hard to get it clean. He was polite and thorough with the cleaning.

The guys were great and cleaning was good. But we had two really bad pet odor spots and smells are still there. Was hoping all the deodorizer added to bill.would take the smell out. But it did not. Thought with all the commercials I watched it took it all out. Thanks First name removed
