Fast friendly and quality service
It is my own fault I signed off on the paperwork without paying attention your technician overcharged me the special in the paper I called about was $33 a room and Tracy charged me $45 per room also my carpets do not look any better then before they were cleaned the first time I used your company the technician was here for two hours and my carpets looked good this time Tracy was done in 30 minutes with my whole house and when the carpets dried they do not look like they were even cleaned😩
Your technicians listen & give excellent service I also like the water product you use to clean with
No harsh chemicals were used. Service was fast and Kanoa was very informative about the company and products.

Associate was extremely professional and courteous. He didn't leave any water puddles on the hard floors and the carpets came out very clean and dried in a day. No heavy water left in them. I have tried out several companies in town and I think I can stop now. They are really good and I will use them from now on. Pricing at around $35 a room is average with discounts and additional service fee. (Something new.)

Martin (Reggie) was exceptional. Very precise in his work. He was fast and thorough.
Satisfied with the cleaning service; just don't have many friends here in Vegas to recommend Zerorez to. Also, this time, received promo for deep carpet cleaning but carpet was not as clean as in previous times we received this level of cleaning. Tech was cool but think he didn't take as much time to thoroughly pre-treat as other techs.
Zack, the technician, was very personable and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job.

Making an appointment was super easy, response time was quick, lots of appointment options to choose from. The guy who was scheduled to come to my house 1-4 called at 10:30 saying he was running ahead schedule and could go at 11. I wasn’t home and let him know I wasn’t quite ready for him (picking up everything off the carpet) but that I’d call my husband and have him get the house ready. My husband had hurt his back playing basketball that day so it turns out he never went up to clean off some random things off the carpet (a small pile of laundry, a plugged in/charging handheld vacuum, an empty plastic container, my son’s Lego sets and books). I didn’t expect the zerorez guy to pick those things up but I do wish he’d let my husband know that he was just going to steam clean around them if they didn’t get picked up, so my husband could have sent my son up to hurry and pick everything up off the carpet. I think zerorez did a fantastic job but I just wish I had been there to communicate. I had also told my husband to roll up a small area rug that is new and have them clean the carpet where the rug was and then bio treat one small area on the rug and carpet where my little girl had vomited and we hadn’t been able to get the smell out. I give my husband a bad review on that one because he miscommunicated to the zerorez guy and just left the rug in place and had that cleaned in place if the carpet, but not bio treated. Honestly, if I had been there, I think I would have been 100% satisfied but I returned home a little frustrated that things were cleaned around and that things were not communicated properly. 9 stars for zerorez… marked down one due to husband communication errors between him and the zerorez guy. Not too shabby. Overall happy with the company.

It seemed like there was some residue left over the next day when I came into work. It almost looks like the carpet is damaged in a couple places. I am pretty sure it is just where the carpet was creased and there is a white film on it. I want to see what it looks like after it has been vacuumed a few more times.
