We are repeat customers. But, the gentlemen that was here last time was very rushed. He was only here for one hour. In the past they have been here for several hours. The carpets do not look clean. We were happier in the past. And your prices went up. We will be finding a new company.

The technician who came out, he put the effort to make it perfect, in my years of requesting services for flooring repairs and cleaning, it’s quite hard to find someone like that.

Great job! I had my whole house done including the sofa and loveseat. I tech Jasper was very efficient and professional. My house didn't smell of chemicals after cleaning it smelled fresh and clean. I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Zero-rez to friends and family.
It was way too expensive. I still have urine smell and I paid for all of the treatments. Which was 4x what I would normally pay. The tech was nice, but 820 for carpet cleaning is way too much.

ZeroRez goes overboard with the nickel and diming with excessive pricing. I understand charging for the use of a product, for example, I had a maxim protectant applied to an area rug for $15.00, which is reasonable to pay for your cost of the product and the labor time to apply it. What is unreasonable is to charge $35 for the BrushPro vacuum. The tech did not apply a product, he used a piece of equipment to vacuum the carpet. The type of carpet required the use of the BrushPro vacuum or else I would have paid for a carpet clean service and been left with a dirty carpet. In this situation, it is extremely unreasonable to charge for the BrushPro vacuum. My second room did not require the BrushPro vacuum because of the carpet type. This is a classic example of nickel and diming the customer. You have the equipment REQUIRED to adequately clean certain types of carpet but yet you over charge the customer. The end result for my three areas that were cleaned were well done, but I will not recommend a company to friends and family that will unnecessarily charge to provide a service!

He did an EXCELLENT job on my terribly stained carpets----they look wonderful. It took him a long time, but he wash very patient, and pleasant. I have used Xerorez before, but not when my carpets were this soiled. But the job done yesterday, was as good as, or better than, the last time I used ZeroRez. I am super pleased, and always have been with your service, I am a lifetime customer

The two gentlemen who arrived early (which was greatly appreciated!) were just that…gentlemen!! Very polite! We had our air ducts and carpets cleaned. What a difference!!
