The Technician was prompt and helped me move some dining chairs. I have off white carpet and the cleaning process did a nice job.

Everyone raved about how great the carpets would look after they were cleaned by ZeroRez, however I was very disappointed with the results. I pointed out the areas and unfortunately they still look bad.

We have been using Zerorez for years, and every Zerorez representative either on the phone or who has come to the house to work has been wonderful! We are always very happy with the way the carpet looks when they’re done, too! We will definitely continue to use Zerorez!
The carpet smelled great, no moist or humid smell. The drying time was less than 2 hours. The employee was great. No, issues.
Your teck tried to up the price over what we were quoted on the phone to start with. When we got that straight and we agreed on the price which was less than what he quoted he started. When he was finished we were told to let it job dry for at least a day, which we did. Now comes another problem. We had some chairs in the kitchen and a sofa cleaned. The chairs on the kitchen still have spots on them and the sofa is a mess with gray strips . With all this how could I possibly recommend to anyone your company

Our relatively new (3 yr old) carpet unfortunately proved irresistible to our small dogs. Shane, our friendly Zerorez tech, did an outstanding job cleaning and refreshing our carpeted upstairs area! He texted prior to arrival, arrived promptly and worked efficiently to remove the stains and any pet odors.
Props to Shane for his professionalism and a job well done! We spent over $500 for this cleaning but we’re pleased with the results!

I had the same service done six months ago and it seemed like the carpets looked newer and I paid less.
Tech who came was very efficient, very pleasant and did a very good job.

I like the way you come in and evaluate the job and discussing the options before beginning the work. The people coming into the home are courteous and knowledgeable. The call made ahead to say approximate arrival time is very helpful. The result is awesome and no lingering chemical smells. Thank you!
Didn't make any difference with the carpet and felt some crunchy parts in the carpet and paid extra for bio level made no difference either. Felt was a waist of $175.00
My carpet looks so much cleaner.
