On time, professional, courteous, carpets look like new1

I had a round area cleaned in my living room and the part cleaned looks great.Problem is 1/4 of carpet is under couch. This is not a heavy piece of furniture and they could have slid it back but, didn't. I was not told this needed to be done prior service. I would have been 100% satisfied had I been told and entire carpet had beencleaned.

This is the second time that John has cleaned my carpets. He did an excellent job.

finished tile was left with spots on tile. 1000.00 to clean and 12.00 service charge LOL
I was billed for square footage of my home and tile was cleaned just an traffic areas.
Tech was on his phone while cleaning tile.
I will pass on using this company. We did use in the past but they have changed. SAD

I have used Zerorez multiple times along with other cleaning companies and after they left there was a smell of a wet a dog (I have never had this before) and there were spots that didn't come clean. When they left, I used my hand held cleaner and they came right up. I have never had this happen before. While I appreicate it took them under 30 minutes, I just feel like it was not the best job.

Love that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals so it doesn’t leave a residue. Tech was sent to wrong place but he called to keep me updated so I’d know when he’d arrive. He was very polite and professional. When finished, he had me check itto be sure I was pleased with the outcome. Service was to clean a sectional sofa which my dogs love to call their own. It came out fantastic!
