My sectional is not clean

The carpet cleaning was excellent but noticed day after during cleaning of walk in closet the younger worker (only one that went in) had to have “stolen” an alarm radio and a black leather men’s purse with contents unknown; a phone call next day to manager seemed to be quite “unperturbed”.
How could he not realize something like an alarm radio would not be missed ?.

The service was great and the rug is the cleanest it’s been since it was installed.

Prompt and was able to remove stain. I thought it was a bit pricey. Did my bedroom and removed the stain in the adjoin carpeted bat.

We are very pleased with our floor cleaning service. We originally only wanted 2 rooms of carpet done but he did an area of tile to show how it would look and there was a huge improvement. We had him do all our tile and it was such a good decision. Our tile is 16 years old it it’s the best it has looked since we moved in. We have had it cleaned before but it did not look this good. Our tech was Steve.

I was charged double what I was quoted over the phone and my baseboards and walls are trashed after I asked him to be careful

Michael and Richie were amazing and their product is superb. I had recently moved into a new home and the construction crews had left the laminate floors a mess. Michael and Richie came in and in an hour my floors were sparkling clean and I didn’t have to worry about chemical smells or the possibility of having any breathing problems.
