I was very disappointed the guy came out it was supposed to be $129 and he said there’s too many pet stains and then it’s gonna cost so much for me to get all those stains out and then after it was all done he still didn’t get them out it’s cost me $354 I would never recommend this company to anybody

Reps are always very nice and considerate of our belongings. They do a good job and give pertinent information about the cleaning procedure and effectiveness.
While Tracy did a very good job on the wicked pet stains saturating my old ivory carpets, the final cost for the services seemed excessive. Yes, I was made aware of the added fees ahead of time. I could use some “specials” should I use your company again….
Zero Rez service is always friendly and honest. They walk me through everything with price and the details every time. They also let me know what's not going to come out. (I had a printer ink spill a few years ago.)
He was very professional. He did the job quickly and our carpet is very clean and dried quickly.
