Effectiveness good customer service
Price quoted was not the correct price! Paid almost triple original quote! Additional service on products were high! If I didn’t need the carpet cleaning by end of week I would have declined additional cleaning! Technician keep changing prices as the job was done! I am in the process of writing a complete dissatisfied letter!

The staff was friendly and helpful and my carpet came out looking like new
Absolutely wonderful service. The secretary who took my order, and also the gentleman that came to clean my Mother's carpet were so nice and cheerful. The carpets came out so clean and with no residue that is usually left after cleaning. We will only use Zerorez in the future.

Have your employee not to rush through the house like if he was racing to finish in record time he could of taken it a little slower as to care more for the cleaning instead of rushing and the beds were way high enough for him to clean under them instead of not cleaning under them just a few strides each and they would of been cleaned as for this rush job I'd be hesitant to call for another cleaning!!!
