No chemicals applied in the carpeting in the cleaning method they use. Any pet or coffee ( food ) stains are gone magically. my home smells fresh and renewed .

As always, Zerorez did a great job! With 2 18-month Yorkies, we had an awful mess to clean. Mike, as in the past, did an outstanding job of cleaning area rugs, wall-to-wall carpeting, bamboo floors, tile, and furniture. Everything smells and looks clean. Thanks, Mike.

The fellow who came was extremely nice and conscientious. My only problem is last time you were here I had a lot of stains. They used a brush with pre treatment and showed me all the cat hair that came up. Yesterday it was pretreated but no brush. Some of the stains are still there. Maybe you changed your methods

I am completely satisfied with the service I received. I was visiting my parents in Las Vegas for a short period of time and noticed their carpets needed cleaning. I was thrilled that Zerorez was able to accommodate us the next day. My parents have 2 dogs running in and out, constantly tracking in dust and dirt. Excellent service
Well not sure it was me or you but this carpet is only a few years old and I have dogs that have made messes so I explained to driver the situation and I bought the upgraded padding for dog messes etc so he talked me up and had me get more expensive clean and said it would pull out the place that’s crusty, well it’s now dried and the crusty is there!! Kind of wish I would have stayed at the 110 cost and gotten the crusty part back instead paid 286 and feel cheated
I have had terrible experiences with previous carpet cleaning companies but Zerorez is different. I'm very very happy with the results and our carpet is immaculate! Major was the person that assisted us and he was amazing. He arrived on time and called us when he was on his way to our house. When he got here, he was very friendly, energetic, polite and did an excellent job. I can't say it enough how awesome Major was!
I asked your associate to please wear a mask in my home. My father is 72 years old and lives with me. I’ll observe him several times with his mask only around his mouth. While I wore a N 95 mask the whole time he was in my home out of respect for his safety while he had no respect for mine or my fathers. I don’t think that’s right regardless of what his beliefs are I am the customer and he’s in my home
First I want to put a spot light on the service technician that came to my house. He was amazing!! The level of service he provided was outstanding, spoke respect and polite. He explained everything to me and priced the fair for the job being performed. Outstanding job!! I was very satisfied and will recommend them in the future.

Marcus was incredible!!! He was early, thorough with his quotes and assessment of our rooms and did a phenomenal job making carpet look like new. We could not believe how perfect the floors looked. We would highly recommend having him into your home!
