It was a pleasure to have Steve and Theo in our home. They were very conscientious and did very detailed work. Our home looks and feels so much better. Carpet was not too wet after cleaning, dried really fast. Carpet looked new.

There were areas that could have been cleaned better. Kid that did it kept telling me it was wear in the carpet but it’s only 6 months old.

The person who made my appointment explained that you were having a special 2 rooms for $89 plus $12 fee for a total of $101. So I made the appointment for a living room and bedroom to be cleaned. When the tech arrived he said the living room was to big and counted as 2 rooms. No one ever asked what the square footage of the room was. In the end it was an additional $55. I did expect some upselling for pet urine, there is always a little upselling but the original price should have stayed at $101 for both rooms.
A $55 credit to my Credit Card would be appreciated.
By the way the tech was very nice about the whole thing.
