Things happen and plans change. With that I have to say Zerorez is very flexible as well as professional. We have never been disappointed with their quality service. I highly reccomend them for your carpet cleaning service.
Ease of application
I would definitely recommend at a 10 for carpet and furniture. The cleaning of the tile was not as good. The tile dried with a haze and we had to mop it. I can’t imagine this is normal?

The workers who came were extremely nice, thoroughly explained to me what would happen before it happened and were really fast! It took no time at all and I immediately noticed a difference in the carpets. I got the number to this place from my mom who was super happy as well! Definitely will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
