Major got my 9 year old carpets looking like new. I also had an area rug that was looking pretty sad but he was able to get it looking great so instead of getting rid of it I was able to keep it.
Service was great. On time no chemical smell, dried quickly, tile looks new again. Used you before and used you again. Angel was the best. Thank you so much!
Zerorez is the best.
Organic services. This is beyond "steam cleaning", this is actual deep cleanse of the fibers. The most professional and kind staff. Prompt and knowledgeable. I would never use another service in my Home Again other than Zerores. The difference to any other carpet cleaner is day and night. Impeccable service. Cannot recommend enough.

No soap
This was the 3rd or 4th time I have used you guys and I wouldn’t say I have ever been like super happy to be nagged about buying add ons. This last time was really bad. I believe the guy doing the service was new and being trained but he had a “trainer” with him who I thought was pretty unprofessional and teaching him those sales tactics right in front of me. It also kind of ticked me off that I’m paying to get my carpet cleaned and you want to upsell me a higher powered clean to get rid of the high traffic spot by my door. Why is this not the standard clean? Also the poor newer guy telling me like 5 times I need to get scotch guard and people get mad if he doesn’t offer. I highly doubt anyone wants to be sold anything. I will not be using you guys after this because I have enough stress in my day and repeatedly saying no after I tell them first thing I do not want any extras is so irritating. Offer a good product in the first place.

Fast Clean service
Zero Rez is my go to for carpet cleaning. The job is always done at a very high level. Jordan called in advance. He showed up on time. He was personable, knowledgeable and clearly showed that he cared about my concern over spilling a drink on my carpet. I was very concerned and he helped me calm down and feel confident that he could get the job done right. And boy did he. Way to go Jordan.

Seemed quite expensive for the actual service. $600 to clean 4 rugs seems excessive for only 60-90 minutes of work.
The best part about your service is how clean the rugs looked after Tracey was finished. Not only that but he was amazingly fast and thorough. You could not ask for better in the product and service that I got for the carpet cleaning. I would recommend Tracey and Zerorez to others!

I had 3 services done on Friday. The one I am unhappy with is the one who did the duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. He did explain that some debris would likely come out of the ducts when doing the duct cleaning. When we talked about the duct in my bedroom, over my bed, I'm pretty sure he said he would put plastic over the bed to protect it from the potential debris. My CPAP was right beside the bed. Well, he didn't put plastic over the bed and some debris did get on the bed covers and CPAP. Of course, I cleaned them, but he should have protected them. He did vaccuum some stray insulation out of the kitchen duct when I pointed it out. He did vaccuum some of the areas that had debris come out on the floor. He did tell me the size of mini filter I needed for my air conditioner and he did confirm what kind of replacement filters I needed which was good. I had my floors and my baseboards newly done, which is why I ordered the cleaning. I also had the walls and baseboards freshly painted. Well, he didn't protect the corners of the wall, and one of them has a big ugly black mark on it, which I could not wash off after I tried. I will have to touch up both the wall and the baseboard with paint. There's another spot on the wall that has a ding as well. Then, when he did the dryer vent, he did not push any of the lint down from the vent in the front. I would have expected him to do that, so that the whole thing could have been totally cleaned. When I asked him about it, he said, I could keep that clean. OK, well, yes, I do clean the front of the vent after every load, and I do sometimes use the long brush to get rid of as much lint as I can, but he could have made it so that none of that lint was left.
The service I am super pleased with, is the tile cleaning and grout sealing that was done by Jayden. He worked so hard to get 23 years worth of grime out of my kitchen grout. That was the most difficult place, and he really did his best. I am impressed. Also, he had big orange, plastic wall corner guards that he used everywhere that his hose went. Now that is something that the duct guy should have done, and it's something that, now I know such a thing exists, everyone in your company should use. Those orange plastic corner wall protectors were incredible and super fast to put up. There is no excuse for anyone to not use them, knowing that these are available. If that duct cleaning guy would have spent a maximum of two minutes to put those things around the corners of the walls, my review would be a lot better. When I do a google review, I will rank Jayden very highly. But I won't use Zerorez to clean my air conditioning ducts or my dryer ducts again. And, when I do get my grout redone, I will only get them done if Jayden is available to do them. Zerorez needs to instill a greater sense of customer service and encourage property protection with all their employees. And, Jayden deserves recognition, if he is not already being recognized for how hard he works, and how thorough he is. He even cleaned off my front porch to ensure no footprints remained. Also, I was worried about the fumes from the spray on grout sealer. He took my concerns into consideration, and he mopped the sealer in, which meant there was not much smell that lingered once the job was done. I super appreciate his work ethic, his customer service, and the excellent job that he did. If I was only rating Jayden, I would recommend Zerorez at a 10. But with the other guy who did the ducts in the mix, he is the one that brought me down and left a bitter feeling.
