Deep cleaning, takes their time and makes sure the fmachines actually clean the carpet and tile!
Mikey was here to clean carpets in two of my bedrooms which have wall-to-wall carpeting. I had many dark spots and a large soda stain in both of the rooms. When Mikey was done, the carpeting looked like new! I definitely recommend Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Everything went just as promised. Technician called prior to arrival. Very professional. Got right to work and knocked out a VERY dirty room to my complete satifaction. My only complaint would be the technicians name does not appear anywhere and I don't remember it as he did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!
