After two attempts the company was unable to get my carpets clean. The carpets are only a year and 10 months old.

I was very happy with my first experience with your company. I scheduled via phone and the woman who helped me was very friendly and professional. The young man that cane to our house was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable about the company and products. I will specifically request him in the future!

Our technician, Andrew Gulliford, seemed to be very knowledgeable and frendly. We gave him specific information regarding what our carpet was, he researched it and got back to us regarding his findings and recommendations for future use and cleaning.

The way in which Zerorez cleans carpet without using chemicals is amazing. Ellis was the technician who cleaned our carpet. The carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction without using soaps or chemicals. I was amazed it got clean. The person who came out was nice. His name was Ben.

Anthony was excellent! We told him what we wanted and he explained everything to us and each step of the process that he'd be doing. He was on time and completed the cleaning within the time frame he told us. The fee he quoted us was what we paid and we are completely satisfied with Anthony and the cleaning he did on our carpet.

The guys that came over were very nice and personable. We felt comfortable having them in our home. We love that the carpet is still soft and not crunchy an that you were able to re-apply the protectant spray.
I like the process of not using detergents to clean my throw rugs; my rugs looked wonderful after the cleaning. The technician was knowledgable, fair and vey congenial.

You have charged $ 400.00 for cleaning and taking all wrinkles away (Ironing). You have tried twice to " convince" me to agree to additional charges for "Ironing". I did not agree to additional charges. As a result you have delivered wrinkled Curtains,which were Ironed by a third party within few hours. I disputed the full amount of your charge, since you did not do your job!!!!. Citi credit card was not convince that your job was not done well. I do have excellent photos of the curtains. I will file a small claim court against you, where a " human Judge" will decide if I am right and you are wrong.

We found Andew to be professional and courteous. Dispatcher advised a 2-3 day turn around from date of estimate, so I was quite surprised when Andrew completeld the job on the day of estimate. The only issue is the $99.00, 3 room special, as we had a 5th Wheel cleaned and that square footgage doesn't equate to one room, so different pricing for recreational vehicles would be extremely advantageous to gain the RV business. Would definitely use and recommend Zerorez.
The fragrance. It smelled Lemony and I like that smell.
