Jay was great, worked hard and the carpet is very clean!
Zeroez's method of cleaning dose not leave the carpet soaking wet but dose a great job. The drying time is very minimal.

I booked ZeroRez to clean the carpets of a house I moved out of. The cleaner checked in with me upon arrival and before leaving to clarify he had done everything I needed. My realtor went in the next day and told me they did an excellent job. Highly recomended!
Quoting me online a certain price and then doubling the price in person is bad business practice.

Representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. My last rep was Tracy. I had this stain that the last4 rep said they could not remove. Tracy sprayed the stained and it was removed. He was a very conscious worker.

The tech showed up at 6:45 pm for a 5pm appointment. There was no one to call to check on status and we were not informed on an ETA. You have to notify someone if you are going to be late. I could have made other arrangements or planned better for the late start

Well I wasn’t gonna say anything but you keep bugging me to do this surgery. So Daniel was nice but on his phone a lot. Also I know darn well that the doorstop in my guest bedroom WAS NOT BROKEN!!! I vacuumed and cleared the room the night before and vacuumed. I even vacuumed one more quick time before Daniel came and the doorstop was not broken. After Daniel left, like Most homeowners I went and checked out the rugs when I noticed the doorstop was broken and just laying on the rug. I understand things can happen but to not tell me well that shows me you’re dishonest. All you had to do is say hey this broke off. I’m really sorry. I still would’ve been a little upset, but not as upset as I was when I saw that it was broken and nobody said anything so now you have my review so you could stop bothering me now.
My dog had a blow out all over my new carpet, then it got tracked through the bedroom! NOOO!

Bradley was here in a flash. Bradley armed with his spray and vacuum sucking machine ready to tackle the poo 💩. The stains didn't have a chance against Zerorez Bradley!! All the stains were gone, just like new 🤗 This is a 5 star company that has the best, Bradley😁
