We’ve used Zerorez services for quite a few years and found it to be the best, most honest service. We had tried other cleaning services in the past and found them less than reliable and frequently did a “bait and switch” approach, with less than satisfactory results. Zerorez does as they say they will. Only once we had an issue with an area that seemed to be left undone, they came right out and fixed the issue with no problems and no charge. So, we feel they are the best at what they do.

Very clean carpet and outstanding cleaning crew.
Your name, Zerorez, indicates that your company believes your carpet cleaning process leaves behind zero residue, but my carpets were crunchy after they dried, indicating the opposite. The smell left behind from the disinfectant was overwhelming and nauseating for hours; I could hardly stand to be in my home, and I certainly didn't want my one-year-olds in there. In general, I felt the price was a bit high for the quality and was just generally unimpressed.
We have used Zerorez for years and are always satisfied customers! I scheduled carpet and upholstery cleaning for my elderly Mom who’s husband just passed. Steven and Andrew came to the house and were so kind, informed and accommodating! I know my Mom will also recommend Zerorez to her friends!

There was white soap residue all over the tile floor. I spent an hour after they left cleaning more. For $900 I should have to clean again after unpaid to get tile cleaned.
