My Carpet Technician Kanoa M was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Please share this with him just don't call in to office when score is less than perfect. I have been there myself as a computer technician. Management would always let me know when customer scores were less than perfect but never a "that a boy when things went well
