I was very professional, fast, efficient and friendly. We’ve been using Zerorez for several years now, and the gentleman that came to our house. His name was Major. He was very good.
Your service men were very efficient and polite. They cleaned all of our ducts, and clothes dryer then cleaned up after they were finished. we were pleased with their service.

The price was much higher than expected and although the tech was wonderful and we enjoyed him, the work was just not as good as last time. In fact, besides the "crunch" to the carpet, I would not have known anything was done this time around. I'm not a complainer so this is tough to share but wanted to mention it as it was such a wonderful experience and great work the first time we used your service, this time was very different as far as quality and price.

When a stain was treated, it was not successfully removed when the technician said it came out just fine. After carpet dried, stain was still obvious.

Absolutely wonderful results every time 😊I get my carpets cleaned a couple times a year and I’m always happy with the results. Tracey the technician that came out was by far very knowledgeable about what kind of cleaning my carpet needed. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and it’s always a challenge to keep my light grey carpets looking good. My carpets looked brand new again thanks to Tracey’s efforts!!!
