Professional in every sense. Isaan the gentleman who cleaned the carpet was informative friendly and got everything done on no time at all. The carpet looks new! Very very pleased with the whole experience.

It's a "clean" clean! The fact that no harmful chemicals are used is a gamechanger since we have dogs. Also, because we have dogs, Zerorez is ideal in keeping the carpets and tile clean/sanitized! Thank you!

I think the cleaning was good. The tobacco smell in the carpets still exists. For the amount of money spent on the cleaning, that part was a little more disappointing.
Prices were a bit high on carpet and definitely the tile cleaning.
Product dries pretty quick. Tech are very professional.

Our carpet looks great, the young man from Idaho, John, is a hard worker and did very well. We have recommended Zerorez to our friends before, and plan on using the company again.
Carpet is soaking wet. When I rented the grocery heavy duty shampooer, my carpets were damp.
Tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job.
Plainly put, the carpets are clean, but I didn't love all of the upsales.
The techs were amazing, and just doing their jobs, but all the extras... plus the $35 per room for each possible, individual service... was really, really ridiculous.
I already felt like I was paying a premium price for a premium quality cleaning. I was very conservative with my "add ons" and ended up paying over double the amount I was bid. I just feel this really cheapens the experience. You should offer those products ahead of time so the extra expense is anticipated....or include them in the price of the already high traffic areas, such as hallways. I literally paid that extra $35 per room to spray two spots with a spray can? That is pretty shameful. That could easily have been a cost for the entire project.....but per room is a gluttonous amount aimed to take advantage.
The overall work took an hour...I paid a very hefty price tag for that hour's worth of work.
While the carpets look great, I just feel like it's never a great business practice to leave your high end customers feeling like they were "robbed" just a little...

Your techs went about their job neatly and efficiently. Rugs came out great considering that they were beyond filthy with 2 dogs and 2 people constantly home for two years.

The job was done well and efficiently. Marcus did a great job both cleaning our rug and tile.
Unfortunately I gave you the chance to make it right and you didn't. I called because I was told it would take 5-6 hours for my carpet to dry and 1 hour for my couch. After over 10 hours, I still had wet spots in my carpet and extremely wet couch cushions. I couldn't use my couch until the next day and was walking on wet carpets and couldn't put things back in place. I spoke to Rob who offered to send someone back out for free, I explained I wasn't interested as I didn't have another 4 hours to commit. So instead I was offered a $25 gift card to use in the future. It cost $656. I should have been offered a partial refund for that day AND the $25 gift card to encourage me to try ZeroRez again in the future. Mistakes happen but no one apologized for how much longer things took to dry, just made excuses and then I was actually offended with the offer of a $25 gift card.
Very efficient, great job cleaning carpets and tile. Employee was very prompt, friendly, and fast.
