The team that showed and were excellent and very friendly. They were fast but efficient. I also thought it was amazing that I called and had an appointment the next day. Pricing was fair. I’m happy I decided to look through my junk mail.

I believe your employee went to fast. I have seen this done many times over the las 40 years, you guys went from set up to break down in lees that one hour. Afterwards my dogs were sniffing various locations as if there was something still in the carpet. He was professional, but to fast and he was on the phone the whole time. He had to pause the call each time i asked him a question.
Your two men were professional and did a great job.

Tech brought our rug downstairs from upstairs bedroom. He planned to "clean it downstairs to avoid hauling his equipment upstairs.". My wife & I are senior citizens. HOW ARE WE EXPECTED TO CARRY A HEAVY RUG BACK UPSTAIRS (after it dries)?
Also had a "mystery charge" on the invoice for $12. No idea what that was for.
Also saw a coupon for 20% off in the mail the next day. Why didn't the tech offer us his best available pricing?

For 30 year old carpet, Zerorez cleaned the carper completelyu.
