This was the second time I used Zerorez for the same issue, cat urine on the couch. Both times the employees were great, the service was great, the attention to detail was great. Last year the smell was completely gone after the cleaning. This time it was faded but not gone. Understandably, cat urine is a challenge. However, Zerorez set the bar high the first time by eliminating the odor. I wish I could say the same this time. I was just a bit disappointed with that, and with the additional “salesman” tactics.
He was wonderful. He came back on Tuesday to resolve issue. This is one of the reason I love your company and the fact my 18 year old carpet looks like new. I love it!

Although my technician was friendly, charging someone an extra $100 for a few feet of hose is extremely excessive and ridiculous!!! NOBODY has ever said this was a possibility and y’all have been here numerous times. The previous technicians were awesome.

Professional knowledgeable does an amazing job
Angel was our tech. We’ve never had him before. Our master bedroom is a problem area because of the many urine stains from our 17 year old dog. We know that the carpet needs to be replaced. All of the other techs have worked hard and did a very good job of cleaning that room. Angel seemed to have a defeatist attitude and that showed in his results. He did a good job in the front rooms but his work in our bedroom was subpar and disappointing! He simply did not spend enough time in there. Frankly, I would recommend Zerorez to others just as long as I would tell them not to have Angel as their tech. I hope that this message is helpful to your business.

Customer service was excellent from the woman on the phone making the appointment to Talon, the tech. Talon called to ask if he could come early, which was great. He did a good job cleaning the couch and cleaning up after himself. He has a great personality. :)
