Professional serviceman and results look amazing!
The guys were great and cleaning was good. But we had two really bad pet odor spots and smells are still there. Was hoping all the deodorizer added to bill.would take the smell out. But it did not. Thought with all the commercials I watched it took it all out. Thanks First name removed

The cleaning from Zerorez brought back life to my carpet that I didn't think was possible. The team was knowledgable and helpful.
You should know you have to come back because there are yellow lines in my carpet that need to be removed. The cleaning process left these in my carpet, and I hope that when the tec comes back out that he can get them out.
Everyone we have had come do our carpets have been great. Last Friday was no exception. I can not remember the guys name, but he was great! We love using you guys and even better, we really like the exceptional customer service. Great job all the way around!

The carpet looks incredible when done. Service technician (Cory, this time) polite, efficient and knowledgeable. With his expertise, I upgraded to the bio product which really helped clean up after the pets in my house.
