i liked that the professional who came to my house had pets and understood what my biggest concerns were. i knew right away how much this service would cost and if i want them to take one of my rugs back to their office to clean i was told what that would cost. i was nervous as to how much this would cost because i just got back from Alaska where everything is overpriced, but i found this to be worth what i was charged. of course my cat threw up on 1 of the rugs the next morning :-) but my serviceman also told me a better way to clean up a furball so i can't even see where he threw up.

Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. The person that did the cleaning did a great job and answered all my questions. I would call them next time the need arises.

This is the only thing I don’t like about Zero Rez the add ons and there were small patches of carpet that was cleaned, I felt the original quote was reasonable, but not the final.
And I see from Yelp I am not alone..

My carpets look good now but the stairs did not come out completely clean.. there is shading on the edges..

I have had our carpets cleaned by Zero Tree several times, always great service, clean carpets. The this time, the cleaning was awful. The carpets were DIRTY after they left. I went over the carpet with my Bissel , and the water was jet black and notably cleaner. I even saved a jug of the bad water. I have been thinking about what to do, and how to answer this evaluation for quite a bit. I did not want to unfairly give a rating without giving them a chance to talk about the issue. I I seldom do evaluations. After a few weeks, I finally called Zerorex to discuss and the answer was I waited too long to complain. I was out of luck, dirty carpets and all. So, do not expect to get clean carpets, and if you do, make sure you complain right away. But better yet, get someone else to do your carpets.

All stains came out of the carpet. Your company came on time and very professional.

My carpets DO NOT look like they had just been cleaned. Not the fresh look I was hoping for, and received my first time using Zerorez. The few stains I had, which I pointed out, are still visible.
I called and spoke with an agent, now waiting for a call from a manager.
Hopefully we can get this resolved.
I chose to use Zerorez again because I was pleased with their work the first time.. Very disappointed this time.

I am still astonished how good my carpets came out. They were quite terrible looking before, and now they are beautiful and clean again. Ricky did such a good job and he was so polite, too! Very happy customer here. Will be calling again in the future.
