carpet cleaning has always been great.

The problem: The tech parked in my driveway and his truck leaked oil all over my "pebble
tech" driveway! Not good!

He took time to explain everything he was doing and when he cleaned the carpets there was no rushing!! I feel like he cleaned them as he would clean his own carpets. I will definitely ask for him from now on.

The rep was friendly and professional the only complaint I have is he oversaturated the carpet in the living room (ironically in an area that is little used as there's a coffee table on it) a bit, the other rooms started drying with 3 to 4 hours. Not a fan of crunchy carpets.

I did not expect my carpet yo ge vkeaned outside snd then worst of all that I had to leave it to dry out on my drive way - where dust from the street was flying on my $ 150 just supposedly cleaned and wet rug and then bird pooped on it too. Horrible.
Then I had to bring 10x7 wet rug inside. I am 64 year old woman and that was not an easy task.
Then when it dried - stained are still there and I had to clean bird poop. I am not happy at all !!!
Totaly wasted $150 and horrible experience. Zero Rez - Never again !

I was very happy with my service from Zerorez. They were here on time, cleaned carpet, and did not try to sell me more stuff. I paid what I was quoted. The provider was neat and didn't leave any mess behind. I have aready recommended to my neighbor. Will definitely use again,
