I like that most of the carpet cleaners are punctual and call before they arrive. They are very careful around the house. Been using zero rez for over 10 years and they clean my carpets twice a year.
The stains that I asked to be removed are worse after the technician cleaned it.
I am very pleased with my recent carpet cleaning. Steve and his assistant did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets and Steve told me about cleaning my tile. So glad I decided to clean the tile. The grout looks like brand new. I was so surprised that you clean tile. The carpet and tile look like brand new. I believe you are the only carpet cleaner. I have recommended your cleaning service to so many people. You do the best work. Your technicians always are so efficient. They never cut corners. They get into all the dirt and clean it away. I love that there are no chemicals and just pure water. It's great for anyone who has allergies to chemicals. I am very pleased how my home looks. Thanks to a great company and wonderful people who work for you. Always very friendly and professional.

I'll get 1 price over phone. Then when the guy gets here, oh your rug is really dirty. Will cost $35 more for extra scrubbing. Thought Zerorez has the "miracle water" to clean it.

How quick, efficient and clean everything is. From the process to the actual in home service. The staff is professional and very friendly.
The workers came early, explained everything they were going to do, were professional and friendly, did a great job, and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Zerorez highly.
I liked how fast and easy it was to have you guys come out. The workers were nice and professional. I also was thankful I was able to reschedule with ease. The only thing that I would say that bothered me was when I scheduled the cleaning they did not tell me about additional upgrade charges that they would throw at me the day of the visit. Then also told me that my carpet was not going to be as clean without these upgrades. I was originally quoted around $170 but upsold to around $360. I did not want to cancel and reschedule again but would have been nice if on the phone we could have made that decision before the appointment. Other than that it was a great expirence and I am happy with how the carpet came out.
