I love that there’s no soap used during carpet shampooing which makes the carpet stay cleaner longer. The technician was very nice.
The young man who cleaned our bedroom carpet did a great job. It is like new. There is one area that worked over several times that just can't seem to be removed, but it was not for his trying. I was able to tell him the source of several of the stains on the carpet, but not that one.
The young man was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely call on your company again.

I received a phone call the day before to confirm the appointment. The gentleman who came out to do our carpets was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. PRICE IS GREAT, easy to schedule, appointment was confirmed, an appointment reminder was sent, the technician called when he was 20-30 minutes out heading to our home, he was thorough in explanation, did not push on any upsells, was honest, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks great, and it dries quickly, the scent, smelled refreshing like oranges afterward and not like wet carpet or cleaners, no unpleasant odor at all.
Our carpet did NOT dry in 4-6 hours. We left the furniture off it overnight because some spots were very damp but the entire carpet was damp.
We had Zero-Rez clean the carpets in the spring, Once again were told 4-6 hours dry time and once again they were not dry by then.
The young man who came to clean them was polite and efficient,.

Bait and switch. I called and got a quote for 3 rooms. When the guy got to my house, he said my bedroom was too big (this has never been a problem). He said that if I didn't pay and extra $50 dollars, he would leave. He wont even do that rest of the rooms. I was clear with the sales person on the phone. He attitude was scam. I wont be coming back and will not be referring customers.

I truly believed there was no residue left behind, as marketed by the company. Before the service, I vacuumed. After the service, 7 hours later, I vacuumed and there was a whitish looking dust in my vacuum. It was the residue from the cleaner used. It was disappointing.
