Our technician was incredible - his work was top notch and he was so courteous and communicative. I could not be happier with the work that was done!!
Seems like a nice pet but he went over the carpet and left an obvious spot and he also left residual water on the floor. Maybe he should clean carpets outside and not in the house. Can cause the nice wood flooring to have water problems

How clean my house smells and feels when the carpets have been cleaned. I also like that there is no chemical residue left behind and I feel better when my dog and grandkids play on the carpet.

Mostly the price, I asked for the 10 vents at 299.00 and was told well you need to do them all and it’s 35.00 for each additional vent. I was also charged extra for the main vent so all in all it was 491.00. The guys were very friendly and professional, but the clean up was not complete and there was a chip out of the wood trim on my stairs

Their prices are fair and of course they might suggest an extra service for an additional cost but never any pressure and we say yes or no.. We don't even consider someone else.
