Even though I hate service windows, will be there at between 10-1 , And per usual, they should’ve half an hour before the last of the service window. That said they were quick and easy out the door by half an hour. The technician was very helpful! Thank you

The tech, Ricky (Ricardo) was prompt and professional. He recommended very effective pre-treatment solutions to high traffic and pet impacted carpet areas. I've been using Zerorez exclusively for several years now and this is the cleanest our carpets have ever been. Ricky is a gem and I'll be requesting him specifically when I book again in six months.
