The man who came out was very nice and pleasant. However the one piece of furniture we needed cleaned was stained with urine and it still smells. They are coming back out.

No strong chemical odors, only a mild shampoo fragrance. Minimal moisture allows carpets to dry within a few hours after cleaning.
