I have a dog and was hoping to make this a regularly scheduled occurrence to keep my couch clean. Even though we were told it would take multiple hours, the guy was done in 30 min. My boyfriend asked him to run through another time and he did. When I got home and inspected the couch I saw there was plenty of dog hair left behind, and the couch was not cleaned as well as I'd hoped. Will be looking for another company or buying my own machine moving forward. This doesn't look like a professional job to me.

He called before arrival and was on time, and worked at the job in a timely manor and truly a great job. His skills on cleaning carpet were exceptional.
