The technician, Angel, was polite and friendly. He went to work quickly and was thorough and efficient.
Angel explained the products and procedures he would use before he began cleaning. When he was finished, he re-iterated why there would be no harmful odors or side effects. Zerorez is, and has, a fantastic product!
Their customer service is great, too!

Carpet cleaning was great. Customer service was poor. Last guy that came checked for pet stains, showed me where they were. He gave me tips on how to stop dogs. He told how to care for carpet after cleaning. Told me to be cautious and not slip. He went above and beyond. This guy said nothing. Only thing he said was let us know when we can clean your grout. Would not want him back.
I called zerorez the day before and got a last minute appointment. They were very professional, quick, and went above and beyond. So far, I haven’t seen any issues with the carpet cleaning.
We have used Zerorez multiple times and they always do a great job for us. We would not use any other company for our carpet cleaning needs.

The technician, Jordan was respectful by calling ahead and letting me know he was on the way. I have kitties and he made sure the they didn't get out while he was working.

I’ve been with Zerorez for at least 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of their services. I’ve had duct work done, cleaning tile, carpets, cleaning showers and upholstery and they are the best. Best cleaning and customer service. The tile floors look brand new after they’re done and so do the carpets. My carpets were 23 years old and after I’ve had them cleaned, people asked when I got new carpets. They are the best.

Prompt and communicative. Did a great job. Upselling, I didn't like so much but wife wanted the extra services. Ended up paying about twice as quoted. Again, wife requested so is what it is. Honestly I would've just went with the standard cleaning job and it would've been just as good. My opinion. But yes, they do a good job cleaning carpet

I believe your agent Major stole my jewelry box with my silver jewelry in it . Five bracelets, numerous rings and stones in settings ready to be mounted. I am regretting this incident greatly. Ms Margie is in contact with me the Mgr. I am still scouring my home to see if I misplaced it. Very highly unlikely. I ll file a police report and expect the bonding company to reimburse me ASAP. This is so disappointing as I've these services many times. I rather be wrong yet this loss is expensive at least $5000.00 . So tragic.

It’s a Great service
I wanted to commend your tech Jordan! This is the second time I’ve used your service. The first time I was satisfied with the service and the tech. But this time Jordan had a few recommendations that made sense for the heavy traffic areas. He also used an agitation device that really worked on the areas that were harder to get clean. He also uses a protectant to help from getting dirty as fast. I plan to go with hardwood eventually but, until I do this will be my carpet company . Thanks again!!!
