They are just a great company. Make the call, make the appointment, they come out, survey the job you want done and they get to it. My “go to” cleaning company. Carpets, stairs, hard wood floors, furniture they do it all.
Our technician Will was amazing! He explained everything and once we agreed on the service he went straight to work. His performance was top notch and he got our carpets to look new again. I appreciate someone who loves their job and it shows with Will. He was very kind and polite and he was always checking with us to see if we were happy with the results. I am beyond thrilled with the service. I've used a few other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but my carpet has never looked this good. It dried quickly. The Zerorez Technician Daniel was AWESOME!!! He was quick and thorough. I will definitely request him for my next cleaning. I'm a very satisfied customer.

My carpet and tile look great! Major was thorough and explained everything that would be done prior to starting. There were no hidden costs and I knew exactly what the charges would be and the total. The tile dried completely in 30-45 minutes with the grout looking almost new and my carpet in 4-5 hours. Everything smelled fresh! I had every floor in my house done and am 100% satisfied.

I was so impressed with the knowledge and the expertise of the techs that came out. Everything was explained in great detail, so that I could fully understand the different procedures. Besides The professionalism and how they handled putting the booties over their shoes as they came into my home and making sure I was comfortable while they did their job. I just have to say I’ve never had such great service from carpet cleaners and I watched them thoroughly get my carpets beautifully clean. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a thorough job with professional people who understand and have the knowledge to explain everything in detail so that you’re not asking any questions. You have no doubts that everything is done properly. Many thanks Will!!
Your tech was at my house for about an hour. It might have been 90 minutes. He cleaned two rooms and three area rugs for $420. That pricing seems ridiculous when you consider you advertise 3 rooms for $105. In case you do not see the question you ask in the survey, it wants to know what can be done to make it right. I am not sure what you can do.

We had air duct cleaning done within our home and Joe and Travis were the technicians. These guys were fantastic! They were on-time, explained everything step-by-step and in detail, and also fixed a duct problem that was previously unknown to us. In short, great company, service, and technicians. What i like about your services was that after the airduct cleaning, it fixed our allergies in the house. Meaning it had a high quality clean.
You advise that you will make the carpets look almost new. It fell very short of that. I tipped my service man very well thinking he’d put extra effort. Didn’t happen. Did the minimal and left with barely a thank you.
