For 30 year old carpet, Zerorez cleaned the carper completelyu.

Charging $100 for 10x15 area rug when you charge $35 for 200 sq Ft of carpet is ridiculous

Guy was friendly and professional . Did a great job but failed to tell me when he moved back a furniture item that a piece of ply wood fell off. I saw it after he left. Now I can’t figure out where it goes! He could have just told me, at least I could fix it . Not saying anything now makes me doubt him altogether . Being upfront and honest is always the best move .

Tracey did a fabulous job on my carpet. It looks brand new...and I was going to have the interior of my car cleaned and did even that...I was so happy and your prices are very reasonable. Not all the dog fur from my German Shedder was possible to be removed, but hey, it looks 100 times nicer 😏

Your representative was well trained and did a good job. The only problem is your style of invoicing, which I had to call up and ask about. The fact of invoicing one price and giving a credit is offensive to me. There are also terms used like "Level One" which are meant to confuse the purchaser. You run a good business, don't get me wrong, but you are falling victim to the type of marketing that will someday obliterate trust!
Have used Zerorez several times now and have not been disappointed. They show up when they say they will and do an excellent job. I wouldn't call any other company to clean your carpets.

Tech brought our rug downstairs from upstairs bedroom. He planned to "clean it downstairs to avoid hauling his equipment upstairs.". My wife & I are senior citizens. HOW ARE WE EXPECTED TO CARRY A HEAVY RUG BACK UPSTAIRS (after it dries)?
Also had a "mystery charge" on the invoice for $12. No idea what that was for.
Also saw a coupon for 20% off in the mail the next day. Why didn't the tech offer us his best available pricing?
