The person did an excellent job cleaning --very nice--but did not tell me that the power had
gone off in the master bedroom ---and none of my phones worked--I am 88 so that was not
good----I did manage to get a neighbor to help me with that problem!

Had the grout cleaned and “sealed”. Grout cleaning looks good. The seal, left a white milky sticky film of some kind.. and when wet , it’s dangerously slippery. I would of never gotten the seal if I knew that..
the employee was very professional , I would give him a 10 star… the seal a zero.
Going to try and remove the seal, if that does not work , I will be calling you to see what your plan “B” is..
Even after he was done and left. , parts of floor was wet and that’s understandable, I used a white towel to wipe up and the white towel then had dirt. How is that possible after minutes of getting tile cleaned ??
