Very professional and Sadie’s a great job.
Employees don't all do the same quality work. This job wasn't as well done as the one before this, only because the employee didn't feel like putting as much effort into it as the one before. I also don't like to be hustled for service add-ons.
I didn't like how stiff the carpets were after the service and the carpets look clean but don't smell fresh. Maybe that's because no soap is used? The customer service was great though.

The work is done well and efficiently; pricing is very reasonable. The end result is excellent. My rug feels so good. The large area rug, furniture pieces and Tile floor look new!

Your service is very easy to schedule using your web site. I enjoyed that you just click on the services that you need and it calculates the estimated cost. i was also happy with being able to schedule my appointment at the time that was best for me.
