The technician was very knoedle able about carpet and did an exlent job. I had just bought my town home and thought I would have to the carpet replaced but all the spots and dirt came out. i was very pleased.
It simply works better than other types of steam cleaning techniques and has effectively extended the life of my carpet. Customer service is superior to all other cleaning services used. Online scheduling is a terrific service.

I like how professional your tech. is and how nice my carpets look and smell. My only complaint is that one day AFTER my carpets were cleanned, you ran a special of $99.00. I had to pay $129.95. It would be nice if your representatives would let customers that have been faithful to you for a few years to be made aware that specials are in the horizen. Being on a fixed budget, I would gladly have booked my cleanning for later.
The grout cleaned up beautifully. The granite is smooth and easy to clean. The shower doors, I can see through them again.

The carpet came out great, but there's a problem with my marble floors. The hose was stretched along a long hallway from one end of
the house to another. My floors are marble, and it left a mark in several places. I'm unable to remove it. Help
one time service, and if spots do not come out.. willing to come back and review and rework on the problem.
The fact that no chemicals are involved with this amazing cleaning process. I had the carpet in my car cleaned as well. The drivers side carpet was literally black. The carpet and upholstery in my car are like new. Amazing!

We love that you use an Empowered Water technology that provides a wonderful cleaning without the harsh chemicals or residue. Our carpets in our office look great. Although they were half an hour late (I missed getting my Starbucks lol), the service and staff were friendly and professional. We look forward to our next cleaning!
The service is very good and the carpets are really clean when the job is done. I've been using Zerorez for about 4 years and I'm really happy with everything.
My carpet is SUPER clean, and it isnt very wet when done, so it dries really fast. Most of all I can't believe you can do this with just WATER. The technology is amazing. My dog has allergies so this is really important to me. Also Roy is such a nice man. I recommend you to everyone!

We have exculsively used Zerorez to clean our carpets for several years. However, the next time we are in need of service we will be seeking out a different provider.
During the time we have used Zerorez your prices have increased substantially, and now seem to be out of line with others in your industry.
The final straw was when, on your last visit, I was charged an extra $20.00 for the master bedroom closet. The serviceable carpet area of the bedroom is only 143 sq ft, and the closet is an additional 55 sq ft. I don't see where this warrants an extra $20.00 charge.

One of the carpet areas was not cleaned throughout. Also a couple of areas were missed due to light chairs not being moved.
Your staff are friendly and well versed in their job as well as the services you offer.
Our carpet was so dirty from our 4 young kids that I didn't have very high expectations for our cleaning. Zerorez was able to make our carpet look great.
